1. Primary Crushing: PE750×1060 Jaw Crusher

• Role: Coarse crushing of raw andesite (≤630mm feed size).
• Advantages: Deep V-chamber design reduces blockages; high manganese cheek plates resist wear.

2. Secondary Crushing: HPT300 Hydraulic Cone Crusher

• Role: Fine crushing to achieve uniform particle shape.
• Advantages: Multi-cylinder hydraulic system ensures stable discharge size; labyrinth sealing prevents dust ingress.

3. Screening: 3YK2160 Vibrating Screen
