Project Overview

A Kenyan construction company was looking for a reliable and high-capacity granite crushing and sand-making solution to meet the increasing demand for high-quality construction aggregates. The client required a production line capable of processing 300 tons of granite per hour, with strict requirements for particle shape and cleanliness to ensure suitability for concrete and asphalt production.

Challenges

1. High Hardness Material: Granite is an extremely hard and abrasive rock, requiring durable crushing equipment.
2. High Capacity Demand: A stable output of 300tph was necessary to meet regional infrastructure needs.

Solution: Liming Heavy Industry’s Granite Crushing Line

To address the challenges, Liming Heavy Industry designed a complete granite sand production line consisting of three main stages: primary crushing, secondary crushing, and sand shaping.

1. Primary Crushing – C6X Jaw Crusher

• Function: Produces high-quality manufactured sand (0-5mm).
